Our ovens have been designed to allow you to cook in both the oven chamber and the firebox, so you can have food cooked with or without a smokey flavour. However we recognise that there are times when you may want to impart some smoke flavour to your food.
With this in mind we have made the ember scoop. This tool gives you the ability to put some hot embers in the oven chamber to add flavour if you choose. It is also handy to put embers on top of dutch or camp ovens when cooking in the firebox.

The dough dough pick - pot lifter is used to pop those large bubbles of dough that form when cooking pizzas. It is also useful for lifting pot lids and moving baking trays.
