The Picolo has been designed with flexibility in mind, cook pizzas, breads and roast in the oven and use the stovetop as a BBQ as well as a normal cooktop.
With two fireboxes you have a massive amount of cooking area as you really only need one going at a time to roast.
If you are living off the grid this oven will give you plenty of heating as well as providing all your cooking needs.
The oven will reach temperatures of over 500 degrees celsius in the oven compartment and over 650 degrees celsius in the firebox. With a small amount of wood you can hold the oven at over 350 degrees for a very long time.
To create added atmosphere and add warmth in winter you can cook with the firebox door open and sit in front of a beautiful open fire.
